Scheduled Maintenance affecting Flexera Community Emails (August 15, 2026)

We will be performing system maintenance on August 15th starting at 5AM CDT.

During this maintenance window, Flexera Community emails related to the following features will be affected:

• Support case responses
• Community user registration/password reset
• Forum and blog post notifications

All other community functionalities will remain operational. We appreciate your patience during this maintenance.

What to Expect 

• Sign in to G2 and verify you’re a Flexera user. Complete all sections of the review and submit.  
• Once your review is published, take a screenshot and fill out the form listed below. 
• Receive a $50 gift card (or local equivalent) as a thank-you. 

Timing & Support 

• G2 may take up to 3 business days to approve your review. 
• Once approved, your gift card will be sent within 8-10 business days.

Gartner’s 2026 Magic Quadrant for SaaS Management Platforms names Flexera a Leader and provides deep insight into the challenges IT leaders face as SaaS and AI adoption accelerates. The research highlights why SaaS management is now a board-level concern:

• Through 2028, over 70% of organizations will centralize SaaS application management using a SaaS management platform (SMP)  
• Through 2028, organizations that fail to attain centralized visibility and coordinate SaaS life cycles will overspend on SaaS by at least 25%  
• Through 2029, organizations that do not centrally monitor and manage SaaS-hosted AI tools will incur at least 50% higher expense and will be at least five times more likely to experience a cyber incident than those that do.

In the Flexera Community you can post a question or share your own information: Asking a clear, well-structured question helps you get faster, more useful answers from our members and product experts.

Make your post standout with a good title

This makes it easy for others to understand your issue at a glance. Include key terms like the product, feature, or error. Short, specific titles are easier to find and more likely to get responses.

• Good title example: How do I test Snow Agent Connection/Flexera One: Usage data not updating”
• Not so good: Help! Error message:

Add the right level of detail

Help others help you by sharing context:

• What are you trying to achieve?
• What’s happening vs what you expected?
• What have you already tried?
• Any error messages or logs (sanitised)

Include helpful details like product version, environment (SaaS/on-prem, OS), and screenshots where relevant. Please avoid sharing sensitive information.

Use Topics to reach the right experts

Topics (tags) help categorise your post and surface it to members who follow those areas. Adding the right topics increases visibility and speeds up responses.

Post in the right product area

Make sure your question is in the correct forum (e.g. questions on Revenera solutions should be routed to the Revenera Community) so it reaches the right audience. Here is a short guide on where to post.
