Charset error on some Japanese machines

My installer generates an error message "WARNING: Default charset MS932 not supported. using ISO-8859-1 instead" on some Japanese XP machines, then exits. I'm using the bundled 1.4 jvm. Any suggestions for working around this?

Try using bundled jvm 1.5
