Black dots in banner
Hi all,
Has anybody ever seen this problem?
I have a banner which looks fine in the InstallShield dialog editor as well as in image editors such as Paint or Paint Shop Pro.
However, as soon as I run the installation, black dots appear on the banner. What could be causing this?
The banner is a bitmap:
Dimensions: 500 x 70
Bit Depth: 24
I have attached a screenshot of the logo that is contained within the banner, with and withiut the dots.
Thanks in advance for your help.

As a stab in the dark, does it look better if you crop it to 499 by 58?

I tried to crop it to 499 x 68, without any success...Those dots are still there.

Perhaps crop the vertical size further to 58? I gather the original banner size (...Support\Themes\InstallShield Blue Theme\banner.jpg) is 499 by 58 pixels.
