Updated Best Practice for Large Environments
Hey Snow Globe Community Users!
Not sure that you have seen, we have updated the Best Practice for Large Environments. Very useful for you as it provides best practice guidelines and recommendations for the installation, maintenance, and performance optimization of Snow Software products.
I also like to take the opportunity to promote you to use our Snow Docs portal, this is where you will find documentation to help you install, configure and use Snow Software products.
Kind Regards

Snow Software Support

Hi @Pernilla Lindsten (Flexera Software) ,
Could you please provide this Best practice document as it is not present on the link shared in the above article

DavidH asked a question.
With the old community, I used to be able to see all the support cases for my organisation. However, on the new community it looks like I can only view my own cases.
Would it be possible to reinstate that? We really need a way to see all our support tickets.
Thanks, David

We've now added a Contact list to the Account Management page so that you can view all Contacts against your Account.
This page is only visible to those granted with Portal Super User access which can be granted by a Snow employee knowledgeable on your account, such as your Account Owner or CSM.

q155344 asked a question.
So I was running the following query
select l.FullName, l.Email, l.Location, c.HostName, x.Name from SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblUserInfo l
inner join SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblComputerUsers k on l.UserID = k.UserID
inner join SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblComputer c on k.ComputerID = c.ComputerID
inner join SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblComputerApplications a on c.ComputerID =a.ComputerID
inner join SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblApplication x on a.ApplicationID = x.ApplicationID
where x.Name like 'ActivePerl 5' and k.MostFrequent = 1
I thought all was well until I realized that this was only pulling info for the main OrgID. For example we have Org123 and Org123/Dev.
Anyone know why these tables are only pulling data for the one OrgID?

q155344 asked a question.
We have updated server names in our environment but every time that we do so snow then reverts their names back to what they were previously in service now. For example we take SERVER123 gets its name changed to SERVER123_retired Snow then reverts the name of SERVER123_retired back to SERVER123
