But isn't it that the details about the assigned user and the calculated user should be taken care of by the system itself? I checked data migrated from ITVisibility to ServiceNow and user is captured but not in ITAM part of Flexera ONE. Thoughts?

I'm personally a bit confused about your question here, so please clarify or elaborate a bit on:

Are you referring to having enabled the ITAM configuration Synchronize assigned user with calculated user when stating "...isn't it that the details about the assigned user and the calculated user should be taken care of by the system itself?"?
The Flexera One IT Visibility - ServiceNow integration doesn't include any user data. Please provide details (maybe a redacted screen shot...) about where you see the user data captured in IT Visibility and ServiceNow?
