Enhancement Request for Manual exclusion – Oracle SAM Survey Report-(SAM-Server_SurveyReport_Oracle)

In the Oracle SAM Survey Report(customized report), devices with Exemption Reason set to “Infrastructure Repository Database – Restricted Use” should have the Allocated column marked as “Yes”, which correctly excludes them from license calculations.

However, due to an existing legacy SAP script, the Allocated = Yes value is being removed automatically without validating the exemption reason. As a result, this device gets incorrectly included in license calculations, requiring manual correction each time.

We request Flexera’s assistance to identify the script, job, or stored procedure responsible for clearing the Allocated value, and to provide a fix or enhancement so that entries with valid exemption reasons retain Allocated = Yes automatically, eliminating the need for repeated manual updates.
