Why some applications are greyed out in Application Definitions in SMACC?
We map SNOW names in our Automation Platform and when recently we were trying to import the apps via excel the error occurs : Unable to map value 'AutoCAD LT 2023 User License' to a row in destination database. When I checked SLM SMACC the application name doesn't appear there any more and a potential one which could be used (sometimes in SLM I can see few entries for one package of AutoCad and use the one which has exec file) is greyed out.
Same here, only without the Automation Platform in my case. In one of my customer environments, AutoCAD 2024 is not recognized at all, unfortunately.
AutoCAD 2023 and 2024 User License has been removed due to Autodesk changing licensing.

When Snow discontinues existing recognition rules, this will not be represented in Automation Platform in any way. So you just lose existing services there, if I remember correctly.
The AutoCAD recognition is now more relying on PowerShell scripts, so you need to make sure to deploy the most current snow-ps1 scripts you will find under C:\ProgramData\SnowSoftware\Inventory\Resources\Powershell Scripts on the Snow Inventory Server.
