Query regarding "Application per computer per user" report. Need to check how much old user activity the report can show
Hi all,
We are facing challenges in this issue as for few applications it is showing users for last 90 days and for few applications it is showing older records as well. Also there are few computers where application installed a long time before but no users are showing there although the scan is happening on daily basis.
We also has automatic delete setting active in SMACC for user and computer so is it impacting the SLM reports as well if user gets deleted due to the setting?
If yes then why older user activities are showing in the reports. Could anyone please give me a better understanding on these reports.

Hi, the data is a combination of Application per Computer data and Metering data.
By default I think the metering is kept for 90 days but sometimes some of the data fails to get deleted properly, especially in older versions of Snow.
To answer your question, yes, if a user or computer gets deleted, the data will not show anymore on this Application per computer per user report.
