Data Update Job Results Not Reflected in SLM

Hi All,

With the recent installation of SLM, data update job runs successfully but no data was accumulated either in the database or SLM web console.

One point I would like to clarify the SLM license is not activated, we are waiting for the license key. Is this the reason of failing data accumulation from SI database.

Hi Sam90, You ask so many questions here, you make me thoughtful. Have you already attended a snow training? As you've already noticed, dealing with Snow, without experience, is not that easy. I think it's better to get in touch with an experienced snow consultant. e.g.

Hi Sam90, The license is what enables your Snow Inventory server to process information from the inventory reports sent by all your clients. No active license means that no data will be processed or shown in SLM. You could probably check this in the Snow Inventory server if you browse to (Your drive):\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow Inventory\Server\Incoming\data\error In this folder you should find log files in quantity. If you edit them, you should find a message saying that the data was discarded because you do not have enough licenses (yet ) Regards
