I don't think there is a predefined or documented way to do this.

You will have to reach out to your Snow Accpount Manager anyway, as the SLM license key is activated per server and linked to the hardwqare.

So you will have to get a new license key for your test environment.

Other than that, it depends on what you want to achieve.

Assuming you don't need an exact copy of the production environment, I'd say you will have to do more or less the same activities as for a server move:

• Install your test environment from scratch
• copy the databases to a new database instance
• adjust the user settings (especially replace LicenceManagerUser in the database witrh the one from the instance)

Of course, you could also clone your Snow application server(s) but that does not resolve the issue with the SLM license key.
