HA and DRS are Disabled in a cluster.
HA and DRS are showing disabled for a particular cluster but when we see the features for this cluster vMotion is marked as ON. Could anyone please help me in confirming the difference in why vMotion is showing ON whereas HA and DRS are disabled I believe when HA and DRS are disabled we treat the cluster as a Static cluster.

I do not know the answer to this myself, but the best thing to do here is to raise a Support request via the Support Hub where they can escalate this to the right team who can answer this for you.

Which version of SIM are you using ? SIM 5.48 fixed an error of incorrect reporting of HA/DRS status
