HA and DRS are Disabled in a cluster.
HA and DRS are showing disabled for a particular cluster but when we see the features for ​this cluster vMotion is marked as ON. Could anyone please help me in confirming the difference in why vMotion is showing ON whereas HA and DRS are disabled I believe when HA and DRS are disabled we treat the cluster as a Static cluster.

I do not know the answer to this myself, but the best thing to do here is to raise a Support request via the Support Hub where they can escalate this to the right team who can answer this for you.

Which version of SIM are you using ? SIM 5.48 fixed an error of incorrect reporting of HA/DRS status
