How is the SaaS connector licensed?
If I have purchased a SaaS connector for SLM, do I have to have a licence for all available ends or users? Can I buy the connector once and not worry about developing the environment later?

Snow has two SaaS Management offerings. One is Spend Optimizer-SaaS, and this is a subscription, licensed per qualified user. “Qualified User” means a person (e.g., employee, consultant, contingent staff) who: (1) is a user of a SaaS Software or Service that is measured by Customer, and (2) Is a user that has been classified as a user that requires monitoring. It does not matter if you use one, or 10 or more connectors, the price is the same.
The other offering is Snow SaaS Management on Snow Atlas. This offering is a bit more advanced as it provides optimization recommendations for all applications, AI-generated application categories and descriptions, integration with Okta SSO, easy configuration and set up and more.
Snow SaaS Management is a subscription, licensed by qualified user. “Qualified User” means a person (e.g., employee, consultant, contingent staff) who: (1) is a user of a SaaS Software or Service that is measured by Customer, and (2) Is a user that has been classified as a user that requires monitoring.
I recommend getting a demo of both to see if moving to Snow Atlas is right for your organization.

What happens if not enough licences are purchased per qualified user? Will data be collected only for users covered by the licence or will Snow give the option to pass this limit and have to control this yourself?
Where on the SLM platform (i.e. for option no. 1 - Spend Optimiser-SaaS) will it be possible to check whether there is a lack of this type of licence?
