Where can I find the instructions regarding how to do an offline mode upgrade to SLM? I thought I saw them out here at one time and I'm probably missing it. Thanks.

You will find the documentation in snow docs: https://docs.snowsoftware.com/snow-update-service/en/index-en.html

Beside that, as soon as you have changed the settings to "offline" it it pretty much self explaining.
