Issue loading Snow Management and Configuration Center

Hi, We dont seem to be able to get SnowMACC to load on our server. When we click it it just does nothing. Does anyone have any experience with this or know how we may be able to get it working? We are on using Snow License Manager Version 8.3 Rev 08 Build 7026.

    Hi! Thank you for sharing. Most probably SMACC is upgraded but partially, and you need to get the dll's from Snow support. i can also upload here but it will took few hours. Please let me know if you want i should upload the files here? Best Regards, /Muhammad Irfan

      Hi I managed to find an updated copy that one of my colleagues had already been sent. I copied them and updated .NET and now it is all working. Thanks for your help.

    Hi! If issue is on Inventory Application server or SLM server or both applications are installed on same server? Please check the log files from following location and what is the error? C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\SnowSoftware\Logs If any changes are made recently? SMACC or any other application upgrade? it SMACC is updated please make sure .net 4.7.2 is installed.       Hi Inventory and SML are both on the same server I am seeing the following in the logs: 2019-06-11 11:05:42 DEBUG SnowSoftware.Program:Main - SnowMACC starting.. 2019-06-11 11:05:42 ERROR SnowSoftware.Program:Main - System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'InventoryAdmin.Plugin.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the path specified. File name: 'InventoryAdmin.Plugin.dll' ---> System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: The system cannot find the path specified.     Hi ?, Did you try rebooting the server?  That would be one of the first things I'd try I think... Regards, David
