Yolima Cordoba asked a question.
How to obtain a list of users who have access to SLM?
We are a multinational company, therefore, we received some tickets, requesting a report with the list of the users that have access to SLM including their organization name, currently, it is necessary to log into SMACC and validate user by user in order to get this information. Could you please consider to create this report covering all the information requested.
You better create an idea for this 😉 See Ideas Board (snowsoftware.com)
If you have access to the backend database, the following SQL should give you what you are after...
SELECT SU.UserName,
SU.FirstName,
SU.LastName,
SU.Email,
SU.LogonCounter,
SU.LogonDate,
SU.ValidFrom,
SU.ValidTo,
SU.FailedLoginAttempts,
ORG.FriendlyName,
ORG.OrgName,
ORG.Hierarchy
FROM SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblSystemUser SU
LEFT JOIN SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblSystemUserOrgRestrictions UORG ON SU.UserID = UORG.UserID
LEFT JOIN SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblOrganization ORG ON UORG.OrgChecksum = ORG.OrgChecksum
ORDER BY SU.UserName ASC, ORG.FriendlyName ASC
Thanks Colin for your feedback, we don´t have access to SQL, however, it is a good idea to send the request.
