Autodesk Compliance Issue

Hi Guys, Need your help and suggestions. We have Autodesk Product Design Suite Ultimate licenses (Multi User) and same added into SLM but same is not applied to bundled application and showing not covered. SLM Version: 9.3.1 Thanks, Kishan Pant

Hi Kishan, Hope you have added the correct SKU/Part # while uploading the entitlements details in SNOW. This could even happen when SKU # haven't sync properly. Regards Bineeth

Hi Kishan, Have a look at the content of the bundle: Could it be that the bundle is not detected in all the other cases bacause there is no other optional component present?

If it's not installed as the suite it won't apply the licensing to the individual components of the bundle. The best way to have compliance applied if it's not been installed as the suite, (which is what you see a lot of now with the new Autocad with specialised toolsets option of buying), is to add the suite as an agreement and add the components of the suite under as separate licenses. The thing you need to be aware of though, is that components of suites cannot be used on different devices.
