    Hi Nishant,  Snow DIS team has a few rules for JD Edwards applications such as  JD Edwards Server and  JD Edwards Client.  If these applications are not recognized in your environment, or if you have other  JD Edwards applications that you want recognition for, you can submit a request  to our DIS team.  This KB article  (KB0013606)  will tell you how to do that.

    Hi Martin and Marcel, First of all thank you for the quick reply. I understand what you are trying to say. I have already done that, created a SRS for adding jd edwards application to SRS but i am not getting any installation. So, my question is does snow recognize jd edwards insatllation ? Since they are application user metric based and metrics which are not available in snow. So, should i consider that they are not installed as i am not getting any installation or is it something to do with SNOW inventory capabilities. I apologize if i misunderstood you guys.       We really would need additional data to properly answer the question. I would recommend opening a trouble ticket with your Snow Support Team.  Snow Inventory is different than SLM, so application license metrics will not impact our ability to gather inventory data.  Our support team would first check if the application is getting identified in Inventory and second if the SRS rules properly flowing into SLM. Hope this helps.
