If you don't have access anymore, you need to contact your administrator.Administrator can reset a users password (same for SLM and SMACC) and also can update the users role.To get access to SMACC a user need to have SMACC definitions in his roleExpand Post

Like Gert-Jan mentionnd your request is only possible within SMACC.
If you don't have access anymore, you need to contact your administrator.
