When Snow have carried out a health check on our estate, the have used an internal tool called 'Snow Explorer'. This allowed them to create a number of reports of the entire estate with a click of a button. You could possibly ask Snow to run this.
Another Snow customer here, @Laim McKenzie​ , has also developed a number of Snow related tools. One specifically, Snow Platform Monitor, provides the ability to run a daily health check. Haven't used it myself but it might prove useful.
The Best Practice guide that Snow provide may also be useful in determining what logs etc to check to ensure everything is working as it should
