Snow Agent - InstallDate/IsInstalled/LastDiscovered look wrong

Hi, Was looking for some clarity around the data held in tblComputerApplications and tblComputerApplicationsHistory.

When reviewing data held for the Snow Agent v6.5 and v6.7, I can see the following...

Snow Agent installations Even though Agent v6.5 was replaced by v6.7 back in March, they are both showing with an IsInstalled=1. Also the v6.5 is showing with an InstallDate more recent than v.6.7...and the LastDiscovered date showing as the same for both.

To clarify, the machine only has v6.7 installed on it.

I know there are challenges around recording the correct InstallDate but I would have expected the IsInstalled flag and other dates to be accurate. Is there something wrong here or can the behaviour be explained?

Usually there is an issue with the Registry record leaving the older version of the agent in the list of installed applications.
Look at how it looks in my case, do you have something similar?:
That could be why there is some discrepancy in your detection

  Hi Samuel,
  Yeah I originally thought that might be the case as I had seen Add/Remove programs showing something similar in the past but currently my machine only shows one entry.
