We are trying to import a file using web configurator, but it shows error for a particular column is not present in the file. As checked the column is present in the file and the naming convention is also same as it is in the file. Any guess why it is ?

Hi,

I'm suspecting issue with the " ' " char in your column name. Since recent versions we are having issue with escape characters in Snow. It impacts file imports (via SLM or web configurator) but also the Notes attribute of computers and some other agreements attributes.

When I'm trying to import a file with a column like yours I see this in SLM:

Another comment ... we had to remove all weird characters from custom fields in SLM. I'm just highlighting this in case you use this character in your custom field definition.

So my advise is to remove this " ' " from your column name and, if needed, from your custom field name in SLM, at least as a workaround.
