I am in the process of importing our legacy data into Snow. We are on SLM v9.10. When importing some sub-agreements, all records pass the error checks, but on the last step, 5 rows failed to import, with a generic error message that does not tell you what is wrong - Could not import row. (index: [77], agreement [BlackBerry - 12Dec Renewals]). I have had this happen periodically when testing. The one thing I have found so far that will cause this to occur is an agreement number > 50 characters. On a license import, I also found if you have an weird year in the date (like 0220, due to a typo), the 'validating xx%' step will just freeze and never end. I've looked at the file and compared it to surrounding rows, and nothing seems different. Does anyone have any ideas of what else can cause this error?
I did figure out what the error was. The capitalization must match, so if the agreement number has 'WebEx' and in the license import file, the agreement number for the license is 'Webex', it will fail.
