    Hi ‌, ‌, ‌, We do have a registered defect for this (PRB0043000) which is tied to KB0021316, however this is still in draft mode, this is why it's not public yet. To explain the behavior in detail, this is happening when the users with special characters are being imported (or updated). Apparently when running a DUJ the display issue will be corrected but will return when running an import again. Target release version for the fix is SLM 9.6.0 Hope this helps!   • Hi Birgitta, Samuel, We are on SLM 9.5. In Germany we also a using some special characters like Ä,Ü,Ö and we also have Swedish users with the characters you described. Im my SLM version I can see these characters correctly in user Full name and also in Most frequent user. So in our SLM 9.5 I cannot find the problem you described for user names.

        • Looks bad for you ! I'm normally using English (UK) and I can see all usernames correctly. I also switched to Swedish language and the usernames are correct. Perhaps it is already a problem of Snow Inventory or an agent version, that sends wrong usernames? Did you check your usernames in [SnowInventory].[inv].[DataUserAccount ?

  • I had a support ticket open (CS0063387) but it shows as "Pending Release" so I assume it could come with the next release of SLM.
