Computer Search Internal server Error

Hello mates, I handle SPE platform and one of our client has issue while searching computers on SLM. It shows "Internal Server Error". I will search any content this will have the error. Kindly find the Screen shot which is more explanatory. We are using SLM 9.1 and SI 6.0.4 Many Thanks in Advance Regards, Kaushal Barash#

Hi, any informations in the SLM Logfiles? Like here: ..\Snow License Manager\Web\Logs\Error ? Please replace ..\ with your Environment Information. :-) best regards Lars

found something in the Globe: https://community.snowsoftware.com/community/ProductHub/license-manager/blog/2019/04/12/official-release-announcement-for-snow-license-manager-838 Support for custom field names starting with a digit has been enhanced so that the Search for computers function no longer raises an internal server error (PRB0041935). Do you use customFields in Computer Objects?

  Hi, but the customer say they use SLM 9.1 The problem is solved since SLM 8.3.8 Can you copy the contents of the Error Application Log from the SLM 9.1

    Hi Lars I assume that the fix of 8.3.8 is not implemented in 9.1.0. We have seen this related to some fixes we have got with 8.3.6. They have not been implemented in SLM 9.0.1 and we got the same (already fixed) problems. I have addressed this "logical" problem already to SNOW. They should take more care about this situation.

    Hi Kaushal please open a ticket and ask SNOW Support to verify and implement the fix in 9.1.0. Good Luck!
