Hi Snowmen and Snowwomen,

I see on the Ideas board there is a request to breakout Admin rights so that 'Delete' is a separate permission. Please vote up. https://community.snowsoftware.com/ideas/1525

Data integrity is everything in our positions.

Does anyone know if there is an audit report or log available (SMaCC or elsewhere) that monitors change across category, provides a timestamp and user detail please?

Hi Sharron, There is an Action log that you will find in both SMACC and the Web GUI. It tracks some, but not all changes. Adding / deleting agreements and licenses is tracked, settings changes and computer deletions are osme examples. * In the web you will find it under Home -> Administration -> Action Log * In SMACC you will find it under Snow License Manager -> Administration -> Action log

Hi Sharron, In addition to the Action log you also can configure a notification. Then you get an information by mail. You can also find this in Home -> Administration -> My notifications And when you want to track license changes a bit more detailed then you can configure License Assignement tracking You can find this also in Home -> Administration
