My machine is communicating to the endpoint but not showing in SMACC.

Hi James, Just to make sure I don't recommend anything stupid could you please give a full picture? Have you tried to manually running the scan and sending the data? (snowagent.exe scan , then snowagent.exe send ) Have you tried to increase the log level and does it show anything weird? Do you find any files in your Inventory server under this folder? C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow Inventory\Server\Incoming\data\error I hope those steps puts us (and you) on the right tracks Regards

  Hi: You should wait until the next day to see your data appear or being updated in the SLM console, as the Daily Update Job that runs at night is the process in charge of "copying" the data between the Inventory server and the License Manager. Can you see that machine appearing today in your SLM? Kind regards...

    Hi ‌, Thank you for those details. About the 3rd point I mentioned, the "data" folder below is the one where the Snow Inventory service receives the inventory files. It must be somewhere on your Snow Inventory server. Under it, you should see processing and error. Within the "error" folder, you will probably find a few snowpack files along with the corresponding snowpack.log file that explains why a file was received correctly by the Inventory service but was not added to the list of devices. For example, you may find something like that in the snowpack.log file : Object reference not set to an instance of an object. [System.ReferenceException] at SnowSoftware.Inventory.DataProcessor.Packaging.ManifestEntryProcessor.ProcessEntry(Package package, FileProcessingContext fpc) It does not solve your problem but it would be a good idea to send such a log file along with the Snowpack file to Snow Support for them to troubleshoot.     Hi James, If this is definitely your Inventory server, the folder might be on your D:\ drive (like for us, check my screenshot). For sure this folder has to be somewhere
