application in SLM ( smacc) , but no ( new) rule. rule cannot be made

I have a bold application in the SMACC, these have no rules.

I also can not create a new rule with this bold application.. "new rule" is greyed out.

the application name in SMACC is : Megger

Manufacturer: Megger Limited

Who has a solution? Or should i made a custom application myself, and add rules to it ?

Hi Ruud, Thanks for asking, unfortunately you can’t change a predefined application. You can create an application yourself with your rules, but I would recommend reaching out to our DIS Team. They can create the rules for you and it would be available for all customers. You can do this in the following way: Go to the Snow support portal https://snowprod.service-now.com/support create a new ticket. Please provide us with as much information as you have.
