User exclusion and device exclusion no longer working.

Hi all,

Our user exclusion seems to no longer be excluding users. It was working before and I am aware of the need to delete existing users before it will stop appearing on SLM. They seem to be coming through again. our config is as follows

root,%\root,%NoLoggedOn%,%nobody%,hall.sh.ac.uk\[_]%,[_]%,%/defaultuser0

Most recently we have updated our licence count but have used the same config file just with an updated key.

I'm not aware of anything else that has changed. I've tried changing the list just so it saves again.

Can anyone advise of anywhere to check?

What version of SLM are you currently running?

  So sorry for the late response!! We experienced some down time in migrating to Azure. I can now find the version number and we are on 9.3 Rev 02 Build 7157 Thanks

    Have you opened a ticket with support in parallel? That would probably save you some precuois time. In our environment we too have added more seats and more computers but our exclusion is still working properly. This might sound a bit stupid but have you tried setting the field to blank and then re-pasting the same pattern in? That might trigger something in the background. If not, I reckon Snow Support is your best option.
