Orcale scan date different to server scan date

In License Manager the oracle database Instances shows last scan at 05.07.2019, but the server scan shows last scan on 27.05. (for example). Bug or feature? Is it possile, that the instances get only a new scan date if there are changes?

Hi ‌, please consider running one of the affected agents under log level 'verbose'. You should then be able to indicate where this comes from. My information is that with every agent scan the oracle scanner will also initiate a scan of the oracle databases and instances.   We spend a lot of time to find the problem. At least we had two diffent ways to scan the oracle instances. One is to scan with the localsystem account from windows. If these fails we crate a special User on oracle an insert the crendential in the config file.
