SNOW update gui cannot be started

Hi all since a couple of days (weeks) we cannot start update GUI on our SLM server. The system returns an error, which tells us that some updates are working in the background. We tried later - hours, days, weeks. Does anybody know where the blockage comes from? current version is SLM 9.1.0

A 1st suggestion could be to have a look at the logs: C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Logs\UpdateService Maybe this would give some clues about what is happening ...

  thank you, but log is empty! also no information in the web logs

    I assume that you've already tried restarting the service? You've probably done that already, but I thought I'd mention it just in case...

    Hi ‌, I've looked into similar cases that have already been solved. They all suggest one of the following: Restart the service "Snow Update Service" Kill all processes regarding "Snow%Update" Restart the server Can you restart the server please? /marcel Customer Success Manager Did someone answer your question?
