Hi Nahum, I took a quick look at the case, but there is no description of the issue. Could you please answer above questions from Marcel and put that in the ticket. Please also include other findings. Best, Kadir

Hi Nahum, can you answer the following questions? Number of computers visible in SLM? Which sizing do you use? Is the SQL Server on your SLM/Inventory Server or separately? Which process/service is creating load? Is this a regular load or only on full hours or during Data Update Job? Did you make changes recently? This is also information, which you should include in your ticket. There is a known defect in our software, that creates RAM load on your Inventory Server, if your Office 365 connector is not in use. If you don't use the Office 365 functionality, please consider to deactivate the service SnowLicenseManagerEventStoreService  and see, if the performance changes. /marcel

Hi Nahum, can you see heavy load in CPU or RAM on any of your Snow servers? If so, on which? Can you tell (by checking Task Manager), which process is taking most resources? /marcel
        • Thank you folks for your support! Got a message from Snow support... Here you go! ******* 2018-05-24 15:21:14 CEST - Soufiane Maatoug Comment Hi Nahum, For my understanding you already had contact with Iwan, correct? I recommend to always double it or at least do it 1,5. Example Minimum memory = 24GB, then double it to 48GB or times 1,5 so at least 36GB Thank you *********

    • I got a question about the deactivation of the SnowLicenseManagerEventStoreService Service. Is it only used for the O365 Connector or do i need it for more? I got the same issue Nahum has and the deactivation of the Service fixed it. Thanks, Michael
