Dynamic e-mail notifications

Hi,

does anybody know if it is possible to send an email notification x days before an agreement will expire to the local contact e-mail adress specified in the agreement?

--> I don't want to hardcode the email receiver in "My notifications".

Hi Florian, Currently this is not supported within Snow License Manager. You can always forward your question to our support department support@snowsoftware.com where they can log it as a feature request. Kind regards, Peter

Hi Florian, would this solution suit your needs? You can add a criteria to the report "All agreements", which will then only display contracts, that expire within a specific time. You can then save this as a new report and schedule this new report to be sent out via e-mail. Please let me know, what you think about it! /marcel

  Hi Marcel, nice idea but the effort is the same - I have to specify the e-mail manually. I want to generate one general notifiaction template that sends emails x days before the agreement will expire to different e-mail addresses specified in the agreements as local contact e-mail. Hi Florian, it might be a workaround you already discarded, but you could setup an e-mail distribution list with all local agreement managers. When the notification rule in "My notifications" gets activated, everyone is getting the info and only the relevant person reacts. Best regards, Alex
