Why the SLM shows a grouping report with two Operating system whith the same name?

I was trying to apply a filter to computers with a specific operating system on the screen of all computers and I tried to group the list by operating system. I noticed that the list was grouped twice with the same operating system name. So I tried to extract the information from different SLM reports with the following result I don't understand which is the difference between two reports and why the Applications per Computers report shows two Operating system called Windows 10 Enterprise. This also happens with Windows 7 Enetrprise.

Hello Enrique, the answer is actually quite easy: just check the spelling of the first two screenshots: Ente r prise Ent r eprise The third screenshot reflects the OS as per Snow product catlogue, namely without Microsoft in the application name, which the recognition rules have merged together as one entry. The reports feed off different sources, thus the first two are technical of nature and the third one is the "clean" view. Greetings, Roland
