Re-installation of Snow Applications

Hello,

What things need to consider when we have situation where need to format Server OS due to OS patching issue.

Below is the current setup details:

Server 1: SLM, SIS & SIM (Issue reported here)

Server 2: Database

Please advise what steps need to follow and quick response is much appreciated.

Hello Kishan, this is not as easy as re-installing the applications. I also do not understand the entire issue and background, thus I suggest you contact your local technical Snow consultant to assist you in repairing the issues. Greetings, Roland
