Hi ?, As mentioned above by Marcel, this can be done via customization. If this is a route you want to go down, you can do this by modifying the Help.aspx file on your Snow License Manager server. Here you can manually add in the documentation and link to where you want the user to go, if you want them to download a file you can locally link it, or if it's going somewhere for a KB, such as ServiceNow, you can hotlink that. I don't believe you can make it user group specific, but I haven't looked into that enough to determine if that is true. It's worth noting, that every time you upgrade to a newer version of SLM (SLM 8 to 8.1 etc.) this page will need to be recreated, so it's worth keeping a copy of it so you can just paste it back into the folder on each upgrade.

Hi Julian, by default, it is not foreseen to enter custom documents in that area. This could be done by a customizing, which can be requested via your local Services Organization. You could also enter a Feature Request in our Snow Ideas Board . /marcel
