Hi Marcus,   Do you mean every whole hour? Because this could be the License Recalculation job. In a standard environment this is configured to run every whole hour. You can change the frequency of this in the configuration file SnowSoftware.LicenseManager.Licensing.Service.exe.config . This file is stored on the Snow License Manager server in the folder C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Services\Licensing . (If SLM is installed on drive C:) This job is used to recalculate the license compliance position, but you can trigger it manual in SLM as well. Scroll down in the file to the <calculationSchedule> and remove the times you don’t want the recalculation to take place. Remember to leave the first row with the additional parameter waitForDataUpdateJob="true" .   As far as I know there are no other job running except the Data Update Job. Maybe you have also scheduled some reports to run during the day. You can check this in the report section in SLM   Kind regards, Jeroen

    • Hi Jeroen we have already adjusted this config file to the setting During daytime often "SnowNotificationDeliveryService" runs into timeout. This happens at full hours. (ticket CS0004378) So I assumed that some other SNOW internal processes are runing at that time. I am looking for more setting features. I want to collect more information about SNOW LM housekeeping. Best Regards, Markus

Hi Markus, you can see/edit/delete your scheduled exports in the reports section here: /marcel
      • Hello Marcel Thank you, I know. We created a reporting user to avoid all users scheduling their own reports. This user runs all the different daily, weekly and monthly reports. But every full hour during working time, some SNOW processes run into timeouts (sample: Notification Delivery Service). Best regards Markus
