Metered data not displaying in SLM console

Has anyone seen where metering data that is view-able in the Snow Inventory Admin console but does not show up as being used in the Snow License Manager web console for Windows clients. The Snow Inventory Admin console sees a product installed on 4 computers with a Count column = nnnn. In the SLM web console, the product shows as installed on 4 computers all computers show the Run column = 0.

Hi Larry, Do you happen to know how old the usage data is? There is a setting in the SMACC that controls how much metering history is considered when transfering data from Snow Inventory into Snow License Manager. If you look at Basic Settings in the SMACC, it is called METERING_HISTORY_MONTHS, i believe it is set to 3 months by default. So it is possible that the inventory has collected usage data, but it is historical data so it wont be transfered to SLM. Mark.

Mark, Thanks for the reply. METERING_HISTORY_MONTHS is set to the default of 3. The usage should be current as a test device sits right next to me and I have run the application a few times in the last week.
