Hello team,
As attached in the above image, In my snow inventory admin console i was not able to see the latest version of snow agent under agent upgrade, Can anyone help me to understand what can be done here. The snow inventory version which we were using is 6.5

The drop-down list of agents is populated from the C:\ProgramData\SnowSoftware\Inventory\Resources\Agent\win32 folder.
This folder is updated when you run SUS (Snow Update Service).
I suggest you review how SUS is working and log a support case if necessary.
Snow Inventory Server V6.5.0 is more than 2 years old. There have been 10 incremental releases since that version.
We would strongly recommend that you establish a regular operational maintenance process to keep your Snow components updated.
