  • Community Manager (Flexera Software)

Hi Emmanuel, thank you for posting this question. I did not find any clue, where the SRS validity period could be stored. The SRS key itself is stored in SQL and can be viewed using this query: select SRSLicenseKey from SnowLicenseManager. dbo. tblSystemInfo ? Unfortunately, in this table there is no validity information. And it won't come to my mind, whether it is visible somewhere. If you would like to know the validity of a certain key, please reach out to your local snow office. Please provide them the first 4 digits of your key, so they can identify it. In your case, you can reach your office via  froffice@snowsoftware.com . If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask! /marcel

    • Thank you ‌ for your reply, So, this information is not technically available. It is only displayed on the order or by contacting my local Snow Office. Have a nice day !
  • I think there is one additional possibility to check, if your SRS key is valid or not. When you open Web configurator on your  SLM Server go to the sheet licenses. In the underpart you can find the modules and here your SRS key should be listed. When you doubleclick the SRS module it will be opened in edit mode and then you should see a green hooklet if your SRS key is valid. If here no SRS key is added, then you should add the SRS key.

    • Hello, Thank you for your comment. I had already checked into the Web Configurator, and even into the log file of the Update service. But I was looking for a validity "date" or "period", not the validity of the key itself. Thanks anyway
