Missing Run column in License Manager 8

Hi,

in License Manager 7 there were a column "Run" in the application pane if I get the details of a computer. In License Manager 8 I cannot find this column. Where do I get the metering information of applications now?

Hi Jens, For that data, I use a standard out of the box report rather than use the applications pane on a computer. For our estate we have a large number of computers so using a report is easier for us anyway. If you go to reports, and look for Applications per Computer. You can just run the report and get the details of all applications on all computers then use the filters to reduce the data displayed, but depending on your estate this could take a long time, so the best practice is to add criteria to restrict the data returned. To do this click on Add Criteria, then in the dropdown box select Computer Name, use like as the match, then enter the computer name you are looking for. This report does include details such as run count etc. Mark.

Hi, and in addition to Marks reply - you can benefit from using the column selector (upper right corner) to get additional coloumns added like most frequent user, etc. I personally use that alot together with saving the report so I don´t have to build it again /Charlotte
