ServiceNow Integration with Flexera One

Hi,

Can someone confirm if ServiceNow CMDB can be integrated only for hardware Inventory but not for software Inventory. Please provide a relevant link for the same.

Yes, that can be done. There are options to import and/or export data you choose from what is available.  Documentation depending on your Flexera product:
