Muhammad Bilal asked a question.
customer is interested to see Total cost column while in result of search any resources on the service portal.

Hi @Muhammad Bilal
You can also choose which columns are presented in the Service Portal by default following this knowledge article:
https://community.flexera.com/s/article/configuringdefaultdetailsforserviceportalusers
However, please note that this is a global change for all tenants. If you need this available on a per-tenant basis you'll have to submit a feature request at https://ideas.snowsoftware.com/.
If you have any issues, please open a support case and we'll be happy to assist.
Regards,
/ted

Muhammad Bilal asked a question.
Customer want to see application name on the service portal, VM names are there only to show but application name column can be added. also if count of each service can be shown on the same page

Hey @Muhammad Bilal - hope all is well. You could achieve this by using custom attribute (tags)? Unsure of the exact request if you give further details but it appears if you want to group/classify you could use a tagging strategy to achieve this.
