In DP version 5.6.0.4041, I'm continually getting this message during a scheduled Technopedia run, and sometimes during a manual run as well. "The system failed to connect to the User Console service. Please check the environment and retry."
The UC is clearly connected. We've had 5.5x installed for years and never had this issue. I've had a case open for this since August 2026. Tech Support have been somewhat helpful and we have tried many things, but they say they can't recreate this issue in their environment. Is anyone else experiencing this with this version?
