AdBruil asked a question.
On 19 october 2026 we had an huge increase for SQL Std. (from 500 to 7000 cores) This morning the reading was back to 500.
I have the idea that the ARL had a wrong entry which causes the increase. Can any one confirm this?

Yes, there was a problem in a recent ARL release that sounds related to this. See the following post for some information: ARL Content Change: Microsoft SQL Server 2025 Application Recognition Bug Fix Update.
