Custom Report - Flexera One
I would like to create a custom report that displays only server devices from the inventory. The columns I need in the report are:
- Server Name
- Status
- Operating System (OS)
However, I am unable to find a filter that clearly distinguishes servers from end-user devices (desktops/laptops).
Could you please advise if there is a built-in filter, device type attribute, or recommended approach to identify and report only server assets.
@dcchauhandeepak​ - You can filter on servers by adding the "Server" column either from the All Inventory or Active Inventory view. If you prefer to use the Report Builder, select the Object "Inventory Device" and add the object properties: Inventory Device Name, Status, Operating system and Server. Filter on Server=Yes and you have your report.
