Is there is a fee to migrate from FlexNet Manager Suite R2023 to FlexeraOne ?

In my organization, we are currently using FlexNet Manager Suite 2023 R2 with over 25,000 inventory agents, operating in on-premise mode. We are considering migrating to Flexera One. Could you please confirm if there is a fee associated with this migration? Additionally, does Flexera One offer an on-premise deployment option?

Flexera One ITAM does not offer an on-premises deployment option. The application is hosted in a Flexera-maintained cloud environment. You would still use your locally installed inventory beacons and agents, but the Application Server components would be hosted by Flexera.
