Page 8 “If you are a Cloud customer, you must install a SQL Server Instance”

(SQL Server Express Okay? What is the latest version it has been tested to?

 

Page 10 “It is recommended that you test the SQL code directly in SQL Server Management Studio” what is the latest version of SSMS the code has been tested in?

 

All of the examples and code have been written for FNMS. Can you please rewrite all of your examples for cloud?
