Windows server is not discoverable in discovery scan, however while testing credentials the test is successful. What could be the reason? The server is not available in asset or asset error report as well

Hi,

A successful credential test confirms that the provided credentials are valid, but it does not guarantee that the server has been discovered.During the discovery stage, the RN150 performs an ICMP (ping) sweep against the subnets configured as in-scope.

If the server is not appearing in either the Assets or Asset Error report, it may indicate that the device was not discovered in the first place.

Please confirm if the server's IP address is within a subnet configured for discovery and that the server responds to ICMP (ping) from the RN150.
