I am facing a consumption issue with one of the user-based licenses. The license has been created and the application is correctly linked. We can also see the associated machines and users listed under the Consumption tab; however, the license allocation is showing as zero.

Could you please advise what additional checks or configurations are required to ensure that consumption is calculated and reflected correctly in the tool?
